Gamer Kids website

A simple static website helping parents to understand more kids and especially gamer kids.
My source material was 16 page print ready pdf and I had no time to make a proper design in Figma, so I had to design on the fly while developing.
I had to extract illustrations from the pdf and with Photoshop and Illustrator turn them into png's with alpha. Since the source was designed for print I took a dektop first approach and experimented with css columns and grids and breaking them down for small screen devices. I spiced up things with css animations, rolling colorful lines and using the same effect as text background at some headers. For accessibility and being more semantical I turned the infographics of the document insted of images into html/css graphics. Since the site is long I made a table of contents navigation floating over the pages mostly using only css.
