Hungary for ITU Council website

A simple static website for the hungarian infocommunication authority.
I designed the desktop and mobile views in Figma based on a flyer.
After the design was accepted I coded the HTML and CSS with some nice microanimations on the language toggle button. I also used Illustrator and Photoshop for the backgrounds. The site needed to be in french and english.
